Bayamon MTB Challenge Saturday and Sunday, April 5-6th, 2008

The Bayamon MTB Challenge, held in San Juan, Bayamon, Puerto Rico at the Julio Enrique Monaga park, is a UCI E3 cross country event held on the weekend of April 5th & 6th, 2008.

Similar course as 2007: 6.5k loop west of west of San Juan in Bayamon.

Registration: Register on site Saturday, April 5th. UCI license required for international competitors.

A short, steep, and compact tropical circuit - its sure to test the complete mountain bike racer with roots, off camber climbs and descents, and multiple rhythm changes.

Monagas course

Held at the largest urban park in Puerto Rico, this is your chance to race in the middle of Puerto Rico’s largest city and largest urban park.

Lodging and transportation assistance is being provided for international and US travelers wishing to participate in this event.

Part of at two weekend UCI cross country schedule, the Monagas race course features easy and quick access to city center transportation and activities, and is less than 20 minutes from the San Juan airport.
